- Bugs -

Damn.
I was pretty bugged last week.
Won't blurt out here. Blalalala.

My friends came over to finish up the insects collection.
25 species for our STPM Biology paper.
A project that's been killing me over the past few days.

Everyone helping out.

Wheee. We've got 28 species.

Finally done at 11.30 pm.

And we had to wake up at 5/6 am the next day for school.
Woot.
And so Jin Yee and Jas went home.
But as you can see, A few of the insects inside the box was out of place.

And so...
We reopened the cover, and repaired it.
=.=!!!!!
(Damn we were sleepy...)

It took us another one and a half hours to finish it.
Boon and I got it done at 1 am.

And worse of all, when we finished sealing the back of the box,
We turned it around.
The big grasshopper flipped over. T.T!!!!!!

TRIPLE CRAP.

Boon, (who was sleeping over) and I couldn't take it anymore.
So we went to bed.
Gotta get up early for school.
Ahhhhhhh.

That afternoon,
Boon came over again after school.
To finish it off.
We cheated. :-)
And finally got it done by 5 pm.
Just the two of us.

Experienced box sealers.

Finally,
A burden off my shoulders.

- Flood -

2 nights ago.
Tawau got flooded.
Yes. :-)
It did.

According to a unofficial source,

Tawau River got flooded.
So, everywhere else that is near it (My house)
Or anywhere that's connected to it somehow, (Sin Onn area)
Got flooded.

- Busy Week -

Owh. You have no idea.
2 weeks ago was our holidays.
What kinda freakish holiday do we have?

Tennis Club.
We had to go sit under the sun for 7 HOURS.
Just to watch the tennis match,
(Which we didn't take part in, F.Y.I.)

Like this, whole day.

But at least I've got some cool shots. XD

But yeah, sure.
(Enough of that)
We sure had fun too.

Had a free pizza meal,
From the two who hutang-ed us since last year. :-)

We were then supposed to go watch a movie.

- Phone Call -

Had a very interesting and funny phone call the other day.
Was just minding my own business.
Til my house phone rang.
Usually, they always get wrong numbers.

ANYWAAAAAAYS.
I picked up.

Me : *Doing my usual high pitch* Ellooo!
Man : Hello. Where are you oh?
Me : *Paiseh* Har?
Man : It's me oh. What you doing now?
Me : Ermm. Got la. Who are you?
Man : Who am I? You don't know me?
Me : Ermmm.
(By this time I was freaking embarrassed cause I always forget people, yes, I do.)
Man : It's me oh... Wait, who are you?
Me : ERRRRRM. I think you've gotten the wrong number.
*Though he sounds so familiar*
Man : Oh, erm, I check first ah, Then I call you back.
Me : DNG. Okay..
Man : K. Bye.


2 minutes later.
The phone rings again,

ME thinking, "You serious???"
Me : Helloooo?
Man : Sorry ah, I called wrong number oh.
Me : ... And then?
Man : I wanted to call your sister, but got your number instead.
Me : Oh... *Who the heck are you!??!!*
Man : Haha. Sorry sorry.
Me : Gosh, you're Ah John aren't you???
Man : Yeah. Hehe. Paiseh.
Me : Dng.

It was my brother in law in Kuching.
He was looking for his wife,
Who lives in Kuching.

Later that day, I told my parents.
Both went =.= "

- Interact on Holiday -

Well, not really...
We had a little activity,
To visit Sri Stella!

This time, is just for the BODs.
Woohoo, ain't bad.
Was better than I expected.
Heeeeee.

The special children of Sri Stella,
(Some with Down Syndrome, others with Cerebral Palsy.
There are also children,
Who has impaired hearing and eyesight, )
Are soo much more cuter than I remembered.

The children LOVED hugging us.
And one couldn't stop posing for the pictures.
My friend's camera was full of her pictures. Lol.

Also, we toured around the place,
To try and see what and where we could help out.
Then, We'll come back again, in a month's time.
To help patch things up. :-)

Then we took a stroll.

And also, Chow and Chok was late for half an hour.
I got bored. *Roar*

- Bio Ecological Exp -

Uhhhh.
Holiday my arse.

Arrived a little late to school,
Even so, I missed my breakfast. XD

We started off by...

Getting the soil from our school field.

Got a short-cut for doing that. Keke.

Then, we had to remove all zee 'impurities'
from the soil...

I was the first to try shaking soil+water.

Both Jin Yee and Jas tried too.

Buhthen, some that were at the bottom,
just wouldn't budge.. So?

Marks will only be deducted,
IF teachers... found out *

After conducting the soil experiment,
We had to do another experiment,
Which is... ?

Yes, posing. XD

Well, not really. The quadrats are used to do this:

Counting the different species that are in an environment.

Got soo bored halfway through. XD

And we just can't wait to go home.

But before that,
We had to pack up the mess we made in the lab.

The lights out initiative, which began in Sydney in 2007 as a public awareness raising campaign on climate change, has grown significantly over the past two years and already has cities such as Shanghai, Helsinki, Chicago, London, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Guatemala City, Auckland, Venice, Abu Dhabi, Vancouver, Gothenburg, Amman and Cape Town pledging their involvement in the 2009 campaign.

The global surge of enthusiasm already shown for Earth Hour 2009 suggests it will be one of the most widely celebrated events in the New Year.

- Little Boy's Birthday -

We planned a surprise for Mervyn.
(Since he kept complaining that we won't celebrate with him)

The whole class even signed a birthday card for him.

Anyway,
We did a pretty good job distracting him,
Talking fei hua with him.
While the others went to get the cake.

Finally, when they stepped into the classroom,
Mervyn, who had his back to the door,
Still blurr blurr.

So I had to point over. Haha.

It was awesome,
We sang Happy Birthday and all,
With Pn Hayati in the class too.
She's so fun. Heeeee.

Ah Boon was the only one,
Who was attacking people with the cream from the cake.

I was taking pictures,

Were having their cake while studying for the next paper.

After our last paper for the day,
Our MUET teacher was reading out some of the essays that
Some of the Form 4 students wrote.
It was hilarious.
(I'm sorry, but it is..)


It went something like this :
QUESTION: School uniforms should be abolished. Discuss.

ANSWER:
I think that school uniforms should be abolished.
Cause if the school uniforms is kotor, then the hukuman will be very very berat wan.
So, the uniforms must be bersih bersih punya. Cause SMK Tawau is the number one school in Tawau. So, uniforms should be abolished because SMKT is the number one school in Tawau.


I'm sorry. But it is funny.
That definitely made all of us laughed out loud,
Especially TanLek and Mervyn.

Yes, we are one evil class.
